Cystoisospora belli (C. belli) is an opportunistic protozoal parasite. It prevalent in tropical and subtropical areas of the world. frequently encountered immunocompromised patients with Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) other immunodeficiency illnesses. Infection usually occurs due to faecal contamination food water. Chronic severe watery diarrhoea C. infected patients. diagnosed by demonstration characteristic oocyst stool sample. The common methods used for examination are wet saline mount, iodine modified acid fast staining. Although distributed worldwide more developing countries but not much reported from India. Most cases India Human Virus (HIV)-positive many renal transplant cases. Here, a case 27-year old male post patient having has been presented. Patient complaining off on last one month which he had taken some medicine his local level got relieved. was negative HIV immunosuppressive drugs. Stool sample examined direct mount On microscopy oocysts were detected. given combination treatment responded well.
